PRKR Apparel Returns & Refund Policy
14-Day Returns
At PRKR Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags remain attached.
- Items are free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair, or damage.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged for another size (subject to availability), or issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, or final sale items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as PRKR Apparel cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@prkr-apparel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major fault, is not as described, or is not fit for purpose.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once received. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
